Overland Submission of Applications and Funds

Upon completion of the appropriate account forms, please refer to the Account Application Checklist to ensure that you have included all the documentation necessary for us to consider your request. Print and send the Account Application Form and the accompanying documentation to us at the address below. Please note that you must only fax the cover and signature pages. Once the documents are approved for accuracy, we will notify you to send the original documents by mail, along with a check for your initial deposit. There is a 10-day hold on personal and business checks. And please note we do not except cash, cashiers checks, money orders or travelers checks for deposit into trading accounts. Because we can process the account from the faxed copy, a wire transfer would be the quickest way to fund your account.

Please note, no matter which method you choose to fund your account, we require that you mail the original documents to us.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
