DAILY FUNDED SPREAD BETS EXPIRY

All Daily Funded Spread Bets will expire on 31st March 2017.

† As low as pricing is based on minimum pricing data from the previous week. Last updated: 10/27/2010 2:33:56 PM GMT. Spreads may fluctuate during times of market volatility. Finance adjustments are made to trades held overnight (i.e. after 17:00 ET time) on daily funded markets. For trades on currencies, this is calculated as follows:

f = (s x p x r) / d

where
f = daily financing charge
s = your total stake size
p = The GFT Global Markets mid-price at 17:00 ET time that day.
r = differential of relevant overnight LIBOR rate of 1st named currency and that of 2nd named currency
d = number of days, i.e. where the 2nd named currency is GBP or AUD we use 365 days. Otherwise we use 360 days

If the first currency has a higher interest rate, then you are credited interest for running a long position and debited interest for running a short position.
If the first currency has a lower interest rate, then you are debited interest for running a long position and credited interest for running a short position.

†† Tick Factor = the price increment representing 1 whole betting unit, by which P&L and both initial and variation margin is calculated. The Notional Value of your bet is Price*Stake/Tick Factor

Bets can be denominated in any currency, e.g. if you have a GBP-based account, you can trade our currency markets in GBP per point (or "pip" - the last figure quoted), whatever the market. Finance adjustments will also be converted to the sterling equivalent.

We may occasionally require you to denominate your bet in the 2nd-named currency, e.g. for particularly large bets.

All of GFT Global Markets’ spread bet markets on currencies are daily funded markets.

Our currency markets are traded 24 hours. Any bets not closed out before 17:00 ET time will be credited or debited with a finance adjustment.
